With a rich experience of over 30 years in the field of legal practice, Mr. Jitendra Kumar, an Advocate-on-Record in the Supreme Court of India since 2005, has been advising and representing clients in the field of laws related to Civil, Criminal, Corporate, Arbitral and other Contract-related issues. His focus areas of practice include Capital Markets, Banking, Merger & Acquisitions, Infrastructure Finance, Corporate and Personal Insolvency, Consumer and Real Estate laws before the Supreme Court of India, various High Courts and Tribunals and other legal fora at PAN India level.
He is on the Senior Panel of several banks, financial Institutions and the syndicating Institutions. In addition to the above, Mr. Kumar is a member of Indian Council of Arbitration and International Centre for Alternative Dispute Resolution and is also on the panel of Arbitrators maintained by these ADR Institutions.
